How fast can you turn around a video?
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days. Shorts and reels often land faster — commonly under 4 days when scope and queue allow — but the guaranteed standard is not 48–72 hours. If you need a committed rush deadline, we quote that as a paid expedited delivery option and confirm it in your engagement Order.
Which editing software do you use?
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, and CapCut. We adapt to your existing workflow if you have one — including delivering project files in your editor of choice.
Do I get the source files?
Project files (Premiere/AE/DaVinci/FCP) are available on request as part of every engagement. See our Terms of Service for full ownership and licensing details.
How do you handle revisions?
Each engagement includes the rounds of revisions specified in your project Order. Material scope changes (new footage, restructured deliverable, new use cases) are quoted as additional work.
Can you edit in my style?
Yes. We study reference videos you provide and match cadence, color, and motion style. Most clients land on a consistent style within 2–3 videos.
Do you handle long-form and shorts together?
